Yes, we’re police cleared and experienced with keyholder arrangements and after-hours security access systems. We’ll document the access procedure and follow it consistently.

We're a franchise — can you work to our brand's cleaning specification?

Yes. If your franchise has a cleaning checklist or brand standard document, share it with us at quote stage and we’ll build our service around it.

Can you provide a certificate of currency for our shopping centre landlord?

Yes, we can provide our current insurance certificate of currency for any landlord or property manager requirement. Just let us know what’s needed.

We have multiple locations can you service all of them?

Potentially yes, depending on locations. We cover Rockingham, Mandurah, Bunbury and the wider Peel and South West regions. If your sites fall within that area, get in touch and we’ll confirm coverage. We are very well networked if we cant do it we can connect you to someone who can.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No lock-in contract to start. We’d rather earn your ongoing business by delivering consistently and if you’re not satisfied, you should be free to say so.
